Directions to property:

From Rome Fumincino airport travel north towards Grosseto on the Autostrata A14 then the Superstrada SS1. About 35-40 minutes north of Grosseto heading towards Livorno you will come to exits to Piombino, take this exit.
The trip from the airport to the Villa is approximatly two and a half hours. 


From Pisa airport you follow the signs to Livorno keeping a look out for the signs to Grosseto. From the airport take the autostrata to the toll then on to the Superstrada SS1 heading south keeping a look out for the exit to Piombino after you pass San Vincenzo. 
The trip from Pisa to Piombino is approximatly 75 minutes.
